About Us

Frances Bradley Memorial Women’s Center was founded in 2011, by my sister and I, the late Jacqueline Joyner Fulmore. After her passing, I kind of let the vision of starting this organization die along with her. It was in 2022, that I made the decision to refocus and realized this organization was my passion and destiny. Helping women has always been my dream and passion. So, here I am, doing what I love. It's still a work in progress because of the time I allowed the grief of my sister to slow me down from my purpose. My endeavor is to be a beacon of light and hope for others.

I am a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping others.

From administrative staff to our counselors and volunteers, we are committed to providing the best possible care to those in need.

At Frances Bradley Memorial Women’s Center, we believe all women can embrace who they are, can define their future, and can change the world.
